Shipping Info

1. Compras dentro de Chile:

Se realiza envío por Starken a cualquier región. Una vez realizado la entrega del producto a la oficina de despachos se entregará el código de seguimiento. Se recomienda contactar en forma privada al correo stray.mutterings@gmail.com para coordinar una entrega personalizada con precios de envío ajustados a la realidad del caso. De ser una entrega en Santiago es posible realizar pago en efectivo posterior a la coordinación de la entrega (por correo electrónico).

2. International shipping:

All international orders are shipped through Correos de Chile with a registration code with a tracking number, with the package being passed to the domestic mail delivery service in the destination country before delivery to the customer. Delivery times will vary depending on the delivery destination, and may also be subject to import taxes applied in your country.

Return Policy

If by any reason the product is damaged or simply you are not satisfied with it, I offer full refund, but only within 14 days after the reception of the product.

Full refund (product+shipping) will be given:
- If the package gets lost in the process of shipping.
- If the product is damaged.

Partial refund (only the price of the product) will be given if:
- You are not satisfied with the product.

If you want to return the product, all return shipping and handling costs will be of your responsibility. Original shipping costs are not refundable (except if you are in a "Full refund" scenario).
